ISO Survey 2016 data available

Every year ISO performs global survey of certifications  for different management system standards.

The data for 2016 shows an 8% increase of the total number of certifications (1,643,529 valid certificates were reported in the ISO Survey 2016, compared to 1,520,368 the previous year).

The ISO Survey counts the number of certificates issued by certification bodies that have been accredited by members of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF).

The standards included in the survey are: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 39001, ISO 13485, ISO 22000, ISO 28000, ISO 22301 and ISO/TS 16949.

For all standards included there was an increase in the number of certifications (except ISO 22000).
